Kritsnam is engaged in the design, development, production and sale of ‘Dhaara Smart Ultrasonic Flow Meters’ of various models used in the ‘fresh-water market’ (“Product”) and the provision of services like Dhaara Live subscription and the purchase of extended warranty on the Product (“Allied Services”). Kritsnam offers a variety of Dhaara Live subscriptions on https://shop.kritsnam.com/.
This Cancellation, Refund and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms of cancellation, refund or exchange offered by Kritsnam on the Allied Services availed. For the purpose of this Policy, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” or “Customer” shall mean the end-consumer who has availed the Allied Services for its individual, commercial or industrial use.

If You are not satisfied with Your subscription of the Allied Services for any reason whatsoever, You may request:
For the purpose of this Policy, “Subscription Date” refers to the date on the the Customer subscribes to Dhaara Live and “Date of Installment” refers to the date on the Product has been installed at the premises or preferred location of the Customer.
Cancellation, refund or exchange of the Allied Services, irrespective of whether availed directly by the Customer from https://shop.kritsnam.com/ or indirectly through Kritsnam’s authorised channel partners, shall be covered under this Policy.
Any and all claims made by the Customer against the Allied Services during the Cancellation Period, Refund Period or Exchange Period will be governed by the terms set out in this Policy.
This Policy does not apply to the Product sold by Kritsnam. For cancellation or refund of the purchase of a Product, please contact Kritsnam at email@example.com. Notwithstanding anything in this Policy, Kritsnam may, at its sole discretion, cancel or refund the purchase of a Product on a case-to-case basis.
Before granting a cancellation, refund or exchange on the Allied Services availed, Kritsnam may require that You furnish proof of subscription and follow Kritsnam’s procedures for obtaining the cancellation, refund or exchange.
In case of a refund or exchange of the Allied Services, any data collected and stored by virtue of the availed Allied Services will stand deleted upon its refund or exchange. Recovery of any previous data and information are not covered by this Policy.
To request a cancellation, refund or exchange on the Allied Services availed, You must contact Kritsnam at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a brief explanation of the reason for Your request. Kritsnam will review Your request and determine, at its sole discretion, whether to grant a cancellation, refund or exchange.
If Your request for cancellation, refund or exchange is approved, Kritsnam will process the same within thirty (30) business days subject to the following terms and conditions:

Our grievance officer will review Your issue and work with You to find a resolution.
